Shipping Policies

 When will my order arrive?

• When you will receive your order depends on where you live and the shipping option you selected.

  Destination	Shipping Options	Transit Time
  Within Ontario	Expedited	2 - 3 business days
  	Priority Courier	1 - 2 business days (2 business days for most cities, 3 business days for remote areas).
  Outside Ontario	PUROPAK	1 - 2 business days (2 business days for most cities, 3 business days for remote areas).
  	Expedited International	2 - 5 business days.

  Please keep in mind that shipping companies (Canada Post and UPS) are closed on weekends and national holidays. Business day does not include Saturday, Sunday and national holidays.

• Standard Shipping

  •Most items are shipped from our warehouse by Canada Post or UPS
  •Standard shipping charges are based on the merchandise total charge for each delivery address.
  •Most items are shipped from our warehouse by UPS to arrive within 4 - 7  business days.
  •Items cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.
   

  Express Shipping

  •Expedite delivery to all destinations in 2-3 days.
  •Most items are shipped from our warehouse same day.
  •Items cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box

When will my credit card be charged?

• We will charge your credit card when you click "PROCESS ORDER" Button.

How much does shipping cost?

• Ervamatin.com negotiates the best possible shipping and handling prices for our customers. To support our customers' shipping needs we provide a two of the premium carriers (Canada Post & UPS). Ervamatin.Com automatically computes and displays shipping charges whenever you are ready to check out.

  We process your order after the funds clear. Please allow approximately 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds.

Do you accept payment by check?

• Ervamatin.com will accept check made payable to 1368194 Ontario Ltd. To pay by check or money, simply select Check/Money Order as the payment method at checkout.
